This page explains how NotOut works with the sportsbooks we cover, and how partnership or referral relationships fit into our editorial model. NotOut's core business is independent audit journalism, not marketing — so several sections below are marked as placeholders where a formal commercial program is not published on the Site today.
2. About NotOut
NotOut is an independent editorial desk, founded in 2024 and based in Dhaka, that audits the sportsbooks Bangladeshi bettors actually play on. We sign up like regular players, deposit, withdraw, place a sample of real bets, and time everything, then publish what we find. We re-audit every operator every 90 days.
3. How We Work With the Sportsbooks We Cover
Under The Code — the set of commitments we hold ourselves to — we do not accept advertising, placement fees or affiliate commissions from any sportsbook that has not passed one of our audits. Where we do have a commercial relationship with an audited operator, such as a referral link, it never determines the outcome of an audit or a NotOut Verdict.
4. Our Independence Commitments
Our raw audit data is published on a quarterly basis so that readers can verify our findings for themselves. We always disclose if a tester has a personal account at a book we are auditing. If we fail one of our own rules, we owe our readers a public correction — so far, we have issued three.
5. For Sportsbooks: Being Considered for Audit
This section is a placeholder. We do not publish a self-serve process for a sportsbook to request or pay for an audit slot on this Site today. If you represent a sportsbook and want to understand how our audit selection works, contact our desk directly.
6. For Content Partners and Affiliates
This section is a placeholder. NotOut does not currently publish a self-serve marketing affiliate program (the kind where an independent site or creator earns a commission for referred players) on notouttips.com. If you are interested in a content or distribution partnership with our editorial desk, contact us to ask what is currently available.
7. Commission Structure
This section is a placeholder. No commission rates, revenue-share percentages, or CPA figures are published on the Site. Do not assume any specific rate applies until it is confirmed directly by NotOut in writing, and remember that under The Code, any such arrangement only ever applies to a sportsbook that has already passed our audit.
8. Responsible Marketing
Any partner promoting NotOut or an operator we cover must never target or knowingly market to anyone under 18, must not make misleading claims about winnings or odds, and must represent both NotOut's audits and the underlying operator accurately. Marketing that undermines these principles is not permitted, regardless of what a partnership agreement otherwise allows.
9. Prohibited Practices
This section is a placeholder for the complete list of prohibited marketing practices in a formal partnership context, which is not published on the Site today.
10. Brand and Editorial Assets
This section is a placeholder. Approved logos, verdict graphics and quote assets for partner use are not published for public download at this time; a confirmed partner would need to request these directly from NotOut.
11. Program Terms and Agreement
This section is a placeholder. A full partnership agreement, including disclosure, termination and dispute terms, is not published on the Site and would be issued directly by NotOut as part of onboarding a confirmed partner.
