By accessing or using notouttips.com (the "Site", "NotOut", "we", "us", "our"), signing up for our newsletter, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.
2. What NotOut Is
NotOut is an independent editorial desk, founded in 2024 and based in Dhaka, that audits the sportsbooks Bangladeshi bettors actually use. We are a publisher of reviews, verdicts and betting-related content — we are not a licensed betting operator, and we do not accept deposits, hold player funds, or take bets ourselves. Any registration, deposit or bet you place happens directly with the third-party sportsbook you choose, under that operator's own terms.
3. Eligibility
This Site and its content are intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use notouttips.com or to act on anything published here. You are responsible for confirming that accessing betting-related content, and using any sportsbook we cover, is lawful for you in your specific location.
4. Our Editorial Methodology
Our audits follow a five-pass process: we sign up as ordinary players, test deposits and withdrawals and time them, place a sample of real bets across multiple sports and bet types, run scripted support tests, and re-audit every 90 days so that no NotOut Verdict is more than one quarter old. 5. Editorial Independence ("The Code")
We operate under a public set of commitments we call The Code. Among them: we never accept advertising, placement fees or affiliate commissions from any sportsbook that has not passed an audit, and we always disclose if a tester has a personal account at a book we are auditing. If we fail one of our own rules, we owe our readers a public correction.
6. Third-Party Sportsbooks and Links
notouttips.com contains links to, and reviews of, third-party sportsbooks and casino platforms. We do not control these platforms, and using them means accepting their own terms, licensing, deposit and withdrawal rules, and responsible-gaming tools — not ours. This section is a placeholder: because the platforms we review can change their own terms at any time, we recommend always confirming current terms directly on the operator's own site before you register or deposit.
7. Accuracy of Reviews and Verdicts
We test and publish in good faith, and every NotOut Verdict is dated and re-tested on a 90-day cycle. Even so, an individual operator's product, odds, promotions or support quality can change between audits. Reviews and verdicts on this Site are informational and should not be treated as a live, real-time guarantee of any operator's current terms or performance.
8. Newsletter and Communications
If you subscribe to The Saturday Brief by WhatsApp or email, we will send you our weekly editorial email and may contact you about corrections or updates relevant to a subscription you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by messaging us on WhatsApp.
9. Intellectual Property
The text, audit data, verdicts and other original content published on notouttips.com belong to NotOut. You may share links to our content and quote it briefly with attribution; you may not republish our audits, verdicts or articles in full without our permission.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use this Site to scrape or republish our content at scale without permission, to impersonate NotOut or misrepresent a NotOut Verdict as your own, or to use the Site in any way that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
notouttips.com is provided on an "as available" basis. NotOut is not liable for losses arising from your decisions to register with, deposit to, or bet on any third-party sportsbook, or for the acts, terms or performance of any operator we review. This section is a placeholder for complete liability and disclaimer language, which should be finalised with qualified legal counsel before this page is treated as a binding contract.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Site, our methodology, or applicable requirements. Continued use of the Site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
